Jessica has more than 15 years of experience litigating public records cases and providing project management services. Jessica's experience spans multiple forms of local government, including cities, counties and special districts. Jessica brings her expertise as both a litigator and project manager to provide customized services to Washington agencies struggling with new and challenging responsibilities under the PRA.
